What is the KYC verification process on Stockbit Crypto?
Login to your Stockbit Crypto Account via the Mobile App
Upload your KTP in JPEG or JPG format, make sure the KTP is clearly visible (not blurry and all data information can be read properly)
Fill in your personal data according to your ID card and other data on the data entry page

You will be directed to the Liveness page to do face verification, make sure your room has enough light and your face is clearly visible on the camera
The system will record your face for biometric data verification by analyzing and comparing data references
When carrying out this face verification process, do not use any accessories on your face (e.g. glasses, masks, hats, etc)
Click the record button and follow the instructions given, making sure your eyes are level with your camera
Click Send after successful and complete face verification
The KYC verification process will be approved and verified directly by Dukcapil if your data complies with the conditions provided. If your data complies with the conditions provided.
In addition, verification by the Dukcapil can only be done during the operational hours 06:00 - 20.00 WIB. Should it be done outside the given hours, the verification will be processed the next day..
