# How to Delete my Account?

We are sorry to see you go. If you are sure that you would like to delete your Stockbit Crypto account, kindly contact our customer service through the following guide. 


* Open the Stockbit Crypto website ( **https://crypto.stockbit.com/** ). On the main page (Home), click **Help**

* On the Help page, scroll down and click **Chat with us**

* You will be directed to a chat page with Stockbit Crypto’s customer service. You may request to delete your account in the chat column provided below.

* Once you have completed the form, our team will verify your account. Once the verification process is successful, our team will help you with the process of deleting your account.
